Taneth Giménez

I am Taneth Gimenez, proud mother of two children, fitness trainer, and founder of Taneth Fit. I was born and raised in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, and my journey in the fitness world began as a way to find balance and strength during motherhood. What started as a personal transformation quickly became my purpose: to help other women feel strong, confident, and empowered. As a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach, I have learned that true transformation goes far beyond exercise. My programs focus on building strength, nourishing the body in a balanced way, and creating lasting habits that fit real life. Whether you train at home or in the gym, I am here to guide you, help you stay motivated, and remind you that you are capable of much more than you think. Through my own experience as a mother and trainer, I have seen the power women have when they invest in themselves, not just in their appearance, but also in how they feel, move, and navigate life. Fitness changed my world, and now my mission is to help you change yours too.
